Our home buying experience with M&W Construction and Team Carlson at Cedar Falls was positive from the very first visit!
Both Mark and Christine were extremely helpful and offered assistance and suggestions whenever needed. Once we signed the contract, Christine gave us a book with all the information we would need to guide us through the building process from picking out paint colors, carpet, lighting, etc to the final closing. She even provided the names and phone numbers of the various utility companies for hookup, as well as a list of miscellaneous service vendors in the area (banks, house cleaning, exterminators, etc). Christine was always available whether by phone or email and looked out for our interests.
Mark was great all the way through. He listened to what we wanted and took the time to walk us through various options and what he thought would and perhaps wouldn't work. His experience and flexibility made the house building process a painless one and one which we thoroughly enjoyed. He was always on time for any appointments and worked around our schedule if needed.
We highly recommend M&W Construction and Team Carlson!!
We love our finished house and don't plan on moving anytime soon!!
